Hunger Games

It seems that people generally underestimate the lives of young female professionals, because it takes A LOT of work to get through the week. Its 7 am and you're trying to figure out which workout to do after work. Its a tie between Cardio Barre, Bootcamp, Moksha hot yoga, and ballet. You have about 60 seconds to make up your mind so you can pack your gym bag before you leave the house. Fine, ballet it is. Leotard. Tights. Slippers. Check!

Moving onto real clothes. You want to look sleek and sophisticated, but you don't want to look like you tried to hard. It is a true fine-tuned skill to balance sexy and conservative, professional and laid back, traditional and edgy. The perfect outfit is all of these things, you see. And then theres shoes… Can I pull of combat boots with this white kimono? Maybe ankle boots? How many blocks will I have to walk today? With a laptop on my shoulder? The world is going to have to love white kimonos with black combat boots today…

Repeat this morning 4 more times this week, workout each night like you're competing in a triathlon next month, spend at least an hour throughout the week contemplating the age old question: "Should I start that raw juice fast this week?", now add in at least a few minutes to yourself for your sanity.

BREATH.
